Janelle Monae rocked a rather leggy look while speaking at the POSSIBLE marketing convention in Miam
Janelle Monae rocked a rather leggy look while speaking at the POSSIBLE marketing convention in Miami.
The 38-year-old singer was one of the special guest speakers at the convention, held at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
The outing comes just after the singer and actress was spotted in a fashionable red suit at the Fashion Trust Awards in Beverly Hills.
POSSIBLE is described as, 'a tentpole event that brings together the most influential marketing and business leaders, as well as visionaries from technology, digital, media, entertainment, and culture.'
Other featured speakers from this year's convention include Winston Duke (Black Panther), Pitbull, Ashanti and Kit Hoover.

Monae stepped out in a slightly unbuttoned white blouse tucked into a tiny black leather miniskirt showing off her legs.
She also rocked a black fedora hat with a black suit jacket that fell to almost the exact length of her skirt.
She accessorized with a white pocket square, red rose corsage along with a pair of stunning diamond earrings for the outing.
The singer and actress completed her look with white socks and black Chanel loafers for the outing.
Monae took to the stage alongside Jessica Sibley, Chief Executive Officer, TIME, for her panel presentation on Wednesday.
Monae was announced as a special guest speaker back in late March, with the announcement adding, 'Janelle will share her unique perspective about the entertainment business and how she transcends her personal brand.
'She will discuss the power of diversity in driving narratives and fostering inclusivity, and her vision for the future of entertainment and media,' the announcement added.
'Janelle Monáe’s glowing resumé and unparalleled experience at the intersection of culture, media and storytelling is the perfect addition for POSSIBLE’s programming,' said Christian Muche, CEO and Co-Founder of Beyond Ordinary Events & POSSIBLE.

Monae has been nominated for 10 Grammy Awards while also establishing her career as an accomplished actress, producer and author.
Her latest album, The Age of Pleasure, earned two Grammy nominations in the ‘Best Progressive R&B Album’ and ‘Album of the Year’ categories.
